Literally, every month a new book is on the table – where all the little details including the menu are meant to bring the book to life. International cuisine, with a taste of Hungary. This January (2020) book lovers can “eat” J. K. Rowling: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix!

Stand 25 – THE Gulyás soup

There has been a lot changed when it comes to the art of gastronomy in Hungary. As Budapest took off as a favorite destination to visit, we witness a boom in the restaurant business as well. For Hungarians, it is hard to beat mom’s kitchen – especially when it comes to traditional dishes like Gulyás soup, pancakes (palacsinta), stuffed cabbage (töltött káposzta) and sponge cake (somlói galuska). Well, Tamás and Szabina made it. We got lost in the process to re-discover the old good flavors while enjoying the refreshing new concept of these Hungarian specialities. @Stand25Bisztó we got it all 🙂 Gulyás soup fan factory.
