There has been a lot changed when it comes to the art of gastronomy in Hungary. As Budapest took off as a favorite destination to visit, we witness a boom in the restaurant business as well. For Hungarians, it is hard to beat mom’s kitchen – especially when it comes to traditional dishes like Gulyás soup, pancakes (palacsinta), stuffed cabbage (töltött káposzta) and sponge cake (somlói galuska). Well, Tamás and Szabina made it.
