The best Pogacsa you can eat in Budapest.
Pogacsa is a salted pastry.
Do not miss the “Kis gauda pogácsa”.
Gerbeaud
An authentic place to visit, with quality and typical Hungarian food. We love their Langos, Gerbeaud Kehely, Gulyas soup, Crepes, Somloi Galuska, Hortobagyi Crepes.
Another plate that they serve, which is definitely not Hungarian, but we strongly recommend is their Burger.
Price-wise a bit expensive, but regarding the quality and the place, it’s still a fair deal.
Secret of the depth
It was a cold, snowy afternoon. Actually, there was no snow, unfortunately – nowadays it’s pretty hard to find any in Budapest, but instead, we discovered a funky steampunk escape room (or rather an escape submarine) @MysteryGames close to Octogon in the 6th district. It really felt like in Norway somewhere in the 60s. Hi-five for the cool design! We’d recommend to players with some experience.
